2. Use of Website

3. Service Engagement

Engagement for services begins only after confirmation of scope of work, payment of agreed professional fees, and submission of required documents. Submission of enquiry form does not constitute a professional relationship.

4. Professional Fees & Payments

• Fees will be communicated before commencement of work.
• All payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Government fees, penalties, taxes, and statutory charges are separate from professional fees.
• Delay in payment may result in delay or suspension of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information, disclose all relevant financial details, submit required documents within deadlines, and review documents before submission.

Tax India Firm shall not be responsible for penalties or consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided based on client information and prevailing laws at the time of service. We are not liable for changes in government laws after service completion or actions beyond our control.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the professional fee paid for the specific service.

7. Timelines

Service timelines depend on completeness of documents provided and government portal processing time. We do not guarantee approval timelines where government authorities are involved.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and documents except where required by law or for filing with statutory authorities.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Professional fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Government fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

10. No Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee specific tax savings, approval of company names, government registration approvals, or outcomes of notice replies. Final decisions rest with government authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logo, service descriptions, and materials are the property of Tax India Firm and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
